New Patient FAQs

Our address is 2525 W Greenway Rd, Phoenix AZ 85023. We are located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story white building directly across the street from a 7 Eleven and next to Park Terrace at Greenway. We are on the South side of the street just East of the I17 freeway. After you park, enter through the main lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. We are directly off the elevator, Suite 220.

If you have already completed your new patient paperwork, please arrive up to 15 minutes before your appointment to check in. If you haven’t completed your paperwork ahead of time, please allow additional time; you’ll have an opportunity to complete the paperwork once you arrive. Don’t forget to bring your insurance information.

Expect to be treated with care! We are so glad you are here. You are making a wonderful choice for your health and we are honored to partner with you as you take this step. When it’s time to come inside for your appointment, you will be welcomed to sit in one of our exam chairs. Our office staff will explain every step of the process. Your appointment will start with a conversation. We want to hear your concerns and get to know you. We will take X-rays, the hygienist will clean your teeth and share helpful information about the link between oral care and your overall health. Then our doctor will complete your exam, and finally, make recommendations for treatment.

We understand that finances are often an obstacle to receiving needed healthcare. At We Care Dental, we are committed to helping you receive the treatment you need so you can live a healthy, productive life. For those without insurance or not enough insurance, we have many options available for you to consider such as Lending Club, Care Credit and our own in house insurance program. Be sure to ask about these options when you discuss your treatment plan. Again, we want to be your ally as you engage in the treatment you need to be healthy.

Yes, our highly skilled hygienist, Brad Mladenov specializes in providing periodontal therapy, sometimes referred to as "deep cleanings"

Yes, we have an in-house lab where we can do same-day denture relines and repairs. Visit our in-house dental lab page for more information.

We offer three types of teeth whitening:

• Zoom! Teeth Whitening - In-house, professional teeth whitening that includes take-home whitening custom-made trays.
• Custom Whitening Trays - We offer custom whitening trays to use in the comfort of your home.
• Opalescence Go - Pre-filled disposable teeth whitening trays to be used at home.
